Acquisition procedures::
1- A registration document for the piece to be expropriated.
2- Organizational chart of the piece.
3- A report of a licensed surveyor on the actual situation, indicating the expropriated part of the plot.
4- The transaction shall be handed over to the secretary of the Expropriation Committee.
5- Examining the transaction through members of the Expropriation Committee and taking a decision on the value of the expropriation.
6- My council’s decision to take the necessary action.
7- A cover letter to His Excellency the Minister of Local Administration.
